Introduction:

Ozone is one of the biggest names in kiting and their products live up to their reputation. They are renowned for their high build quality and excellent kites.

Packaging, Style + Construction:

The kite comes in a standard stuff bag which has enough room for plenty of extras with the 3m in there as well. The kite is made out of Silicone treated Gilvenor on the top-surface and Porcher Marine New water repellant Skytex 44gm2 on the bottom. The bridles are Edelrid unsheathed dyneema - 1.6mm, 1.1mm, 2mm. It is finished with line tidies. The kite is quite a fat looking kite with a quite rounded leading edge. Aimed at beginners-intermediate flyers with “superb stability” this kite sounded brilliant.

Jumping:

The little devil really isn't a jumping kite but being the 3m I took it out in a fair old breeze and I managed a few feet.

Flying:

Although there isn't much lift from the kite it is a really pleasant boarding kite as its smooth, constant, predictable power makes for great cruising. It can also be used on 2 lines which makes it great for a really relaxing hooked in gentle cruise.

Final Summary:

I would say that the Little Devils are great kites. Extremely robust and very forgiving flying characteristics make it a brilliant for beginners. I often use them to introduce friends and family to the sport and they love them!
